The World's Toughest Row is renowned for its gruelling demands and immense physical and mental challenges. We know this row will be life-changing in ways we have yet to learn, but as a team we are ready to meet the rawest version of ourselves and to tackle the highs and lows together. We are excited to create long-lasting friendships with our fellow Australian and international teams and to be a part of a growing community of people who have shared the extraordinary adventure of an ocean crossing. As four very normal everyday Aussies, our journey aims to inspire others to dream big and pursue their goals, no matter how daunting they may seem (maybe wild ideas like rowing an ocean unassisted, for example). We hope to demonstrate that with passion, perseverance, humour and teamwork, anything is possible.
In addition to our personal and collective goals, we are committed to making a positive impact beyond our rowing challenge. We are proud to support Telethon 7, a remarkable charity that provides crucial funding for medical research and child health services. Telethon's commitment to improving the lives of children and supporting groundbreaking medical research is made possible by generous donations from the community, the dedication of staff and countless hours given every year by volunteers. We are humbled to be involved and we are excited to support and highlight their incredible work.
As we prepare for this monumental adventure, we invite you to come along for the journey. Follow our progress, support our goals, and be inspired by the spirit of adventure along with front row insights into our decade-long friendship that will drive us forward to achieve this remarkable feat.
